The Base Rails for Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Racks # TH21610 are not compatible with the 42" Long Thule Top Track Roof Mount System # THTP42.

This system does require a permanent mount to a roof as opposed to being able to fit other rails. If you are looking for a rack system for your 2010 Honda Ridgeline, since there isn't a ladder rack that fits your truck (I double-checked with our manufacturers), the best option to carry cargo is a roof rack. The best option is from Yakima and consists of their 60 inch CoreBar crossbars. The correct fit will depend on if your 2010 Ridgeline has a naked roof or raised side rails.
