I could not locate any Curt specific replacement parts. Will this knob fit the Curt roof basket ubolts?

The Thule replacement hand knob, part # 753-0783 fits a 6 mm diameter U-bolt, so it won't work with the 3/16 inch diameter U-bolt on your Curt Roof Cargo Basket like # C18115. At present, we don't offer a replacement knob although Curt tells us there will be a replacement hardware kit available by the end of 2020.
In the meantime, I'd recommend you go to your local hardware store and obtain a 3/16 inch wing nut, which will work fine for you until Curt releases the hardware kit in a month or two.
