What hardware do I need to mount fender #F008553.

I would recommend using your existing fender mounting hardware if you still have it, and as long as it is in good condition. Otherwise, you could use regular bolts and nuts.
No specific hardware kit is available for the # F008553 fender, but holes can be drilled in the fender backing plate to suit your particular application.
