Does Demco Fifth Wheel Adapter for B and W Turnover Come with Instructions

Do you have mounting instructions for this? Does it attach in any other location besides the turnball hitch?

The Demco fifth wheel rail adapter for B and W Turnoverball gooseneck hitches # DM6140 does come with install instructions but basically it installs in place of a B and W gooseneck ball in a Turnoverball hitch just like a standard ball. This would only fit the B and W gooseneck hitches. If you have a different gooseneck hitch let me know what you have and I'll see what you'd need.
