I have a Truxedo lol pro qt model 545101 For for 2006 tundra double cab. Is this compatible with the dee zee invis-a-rack you offer for the 2006 tundra?

There is a ladder rack that will work on your 2006 Toyota Tundra with a 6 foot bed and the TruXedo Lo Pro Soft Roll-up Tonneau Cover # TX545101.
However, the rack you asked about, the Invis-A-Rack Folding Ladder Rack # DZ951600, will not work with the Lo Pro because they both require installation in the truck's side rails. So the only rack that will work is one that installs in the stake pockets of your Tundra, which is the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH43002XT-505.
The TracRac SR will work UNLESS your Tundra has a Flareside or Stepside bed, as it does not fit those models. The TracRac SR is a premium option, but also the the strongest, most durable, and quietest ladder rack available. It has a 1,250 lb capacity, has aero bars to minimize wind noise, and comes with load stops that slide along the crossbars to snugly grasp your cargo.
