Diameter of Widest and Narrowest Portion of CE Smith Bow Roller Assembly with Bells

Question:
On the 3inch wide inner roller, can you give me the dimension for the largest diameter/dimension at the edges and the smallest diameter/dimension where the bow makes contact. Please see pdf attached

At the widest point of the roller # CE29334 the bell measures 4 inches in diameter and at the narrowest portion in the center it measures 1-1/2 inches.
