Replacement 20 Foot Awing for 2000 Fleetwood

Question:
I have a 2000 Fleetwood Flair 30h with a prexisting manual 20’ demco awning. The arms are messed, roller isn’t rolling, and awning itself is dry rotted. I want to replace the whole setup with a new one. Preferably a black or black/white awning and black hardware. What parts do I need to have a complete kit? Totally ok with manual pull down style.
