For your 2018 Hyundai Elantra SE we have the Draw Tite hitch part # 24939 which is a confirmed fit and would work great. It has only the lower hitch opening visible which allows it to be a bit more hidden.
If you wanted trailer wiring the Tekonsha kit part # 118692 would be a great option as well as it's easy to install and our most reliable option.
