The only difference between the # PAL8200 and # PAL8250 is that the # PAL8250 is for trucks WITH factory power locks, and the # PAL8200 is for vehicles WITHOUT power factory locks. The wiring harness and install procedure would be different between the two products.
I have linked you to an installation video showing the # PAL8250 being installed on a 2006 F150.
