Dutton-Lainson Hand Winch w/ Automatic Brake - TUFFPLATE Finish - 3,500 lbs # DL24844 has a threaded handle you can see in the Replacement 12-1/4" Long Winch Handle for Heavy-Duty Dutton-Lainson Winches # DL70350. I am not aware of where you get a boat lift wheel to fit it but this winch is a great option for a boat winch utilizing the handle it comes with. You can always get the replacement handle with the custom thread for the fit and have a wheel custom made from a local fabricator to fit your needs.
