We do have a spare tire cover for a 4.80-12 trailer tire. These tires measure about 20-1/2 inches in diameter, so you'll need a spare tire cover that can cover that dimension.

For that I recommend the CE Smith Spare Tire Cover # CE27410.

This is a vinyl cover that will protect your tire and will fit tightly over your tire with it's elastic rear opening. I have added a link to a video review for you to check out as well.
