Question:

I have a 1999 Dodge Roadtrek 190 V. I was wondering if this # S64650? would work on my vehicle. Could I mount it on a 2inch hitch on the back or possible on the front? It does not have a spare tire mounted on rear door. Thanks

The Swagman XC2 bike rack you'd looked at, part # S64650 would be a fine choice that would work well, but I'd recommend a slight upgrade, to the XTC2, part # S64670. The XTC2 uses more substantial wheel hoops that would do a better job of holding your bike securely and would also work perfectly for you.

Either rack would indeed easily install on a 2 inch receiver hitch installed on your van. We don't offer a front mounted receiver for it, but if you don't already have a rear hitch, you can easily add one using part # 41533 if you have the factory standard bumper or # 13590 if you have the factory step bumper.

Whichever of the two you decide upon, I'd also recommend the # S64031 hitch/cable lock to help deter theft.
