I was told that Thule has not yet come out with a Hull-a-port for the 2020 Toyota Highlander racks and rails yet. Do you have any current information on this? We would like the fold down type so we dont have to be taking them off to get our Highlander in the garage. We want to get two sets, one for each side so we can carry our two sit on top Tarpon 105s. Are there any issues relating to size of the carrier relative to a sit on top kayak?

While Thule doesn't have any folding kayak carriers that fit your 2020 Toyota Highlander at this time (August 2020) Yakima has their JayLow # Y04073 which is folding like you want and is confirmed to fit your factory crossbars.
