I have a 1997 Ford F350 XLT, 4WD, crew cab 4 drs, 7.3l diesel and 8 foot bed. Will either 21000-92230 or 21007-92230 bumpers fit? Will a Curt Hitch C14082 be compatible with either bumper?

Yes both of the Westin Bumpers part # 21000-92230 and # 21007-92230 fit your 1997 Ford F-350 and also will work great with the Curt hitch # C14082 that fits your truck as well.
