We do have solutions for both of these vehicles that are going to be custom fit and won't require any drilling.
For your 2011 Ford Fusion I recommend using the Curt # C11390 and for your 2015 Honda Civic you'll want to use the Curt # C11391; Curt hitches generally have a much thicker powder coating on them, so they're going to stand up to the rigors of the road a little bit better and won't be as likely to get nicks in the coating that might lead to corrosion issues. These are both custom fit hitches and they've both got 1-1/4" hitch receivers.
If you're going to be using these hitches to carry a bike rack, the Malone Runway # MPG2149 is great choice since it's a platform rack at a value price. Platform bike racks are much easier to load than their hanging counterparts, and this rack tilts away from the rear of the vehicle to allow you access to the trunks with the bikes loaded, so it's great to take on trips or just around town.
I've linked some review and installation videos to this answer for you to have a look at, as well. If you're going to be towing, just let me know and help you find the correct wiring harnesses, ball mount and hitch balls that will allow you to tow a small trailer.
