Expert Reply:
On your 2020 Ram 1500, the best way to determine which line is the return line on your transmission is to start the engine while the engine is cold and put the shift lever in drive for 10 seconds. Then return the shifter to park, stop the engine and remove keys. You will then be able to identify the return line by feeling both the supply and return lines because the sending line will be warm and the return line will still be cold.
