Question:
Will this kit work with my trucks Magnaride and lift? It has a 4inch suspension lift. The rear has a 3inch block under the leaf springs. There is 5inch between the frame and top of leaf springs.

The Air Lift air suspension kit part # AL59565 is a confirmed fit for your 2018 GMC Sierra 1500 that has the Magneride suspension. But since you have a 4 inch suspension lift this won't work for you based on that. There isn't a way to use spacers with this kit.
So the best option is the RoadActive Suspension kit part # RAS2611 which is Magneride compatible and due to how it installs does not cause any issue with lift kits. This also has the advantage of improving ride quality compared to other suspension enhancement kits, is adjustable, and doesn't require monitoring air pressure either.
