Can Spring Seats on Dexter Replacement 5200LB Axle Be Installed Atop the Axle Rather Than Underneath

I hope to replace my 2 LCI 4400# axles with Dexter 5200# ones. The information on your site show the Dexter mount above the spring but my LCI’s mount below. There is not enough room above. Are they available for this installation or can loose seats be used and disregard the welded one?
