I have a solution for you, but the # K71-723-01 is designed for Dexter torsion axles and will not fit a Lippert torsion axle, so it's not going to be the correct fit.
From what I was able to find out from some research, the 2012 Forest River R-Pod 172 has a capacity of around 3200-lbs, so it's most likely that you've got a 3500-lbs axle. For that reason, you'll want to either use part # LC270682 if you have a diamond torsion axle, or part # LC382741 if you have a square torsion axle. These provide you with a 3-1/2" lift and are for single axle applications and are rated for 3,500 lbs.
I do recommend verifying the capacity and the shape in order to choose the correct one; you'll want to check the spec sticker/plate on the center of the axle to make sure. If you find that you've got something different on your R-Pod, just let me know and I can help you locate the correct parts.
