Height of Yakima LockNLoad Above Crossbar Clamps and Cargo Basket Fit

Hi, I have 2 questions. 1. What is the height from the top of the round crossbar to the very bottom of the LockNLoad Platform rack when using the crossbar clamps? I have installed an ARB awning per the recommendation of the roundbar SL adapters and it works great, but need an 1 inch clearance from the bottom of the platform to the top of the crossbars to make the ARB bracket work. 2. Would these work in the tracks of the LockNLoad platform to mount round bars on top of the platform to carry a cargo box? 880179 Thanks

The Crossbar Clamps for Yakima LockNLoad Platform Rack # Y05039 are a total of 1 inch in height, but when they are clamped around your crossbars, the LockNLoad is almost directly on the crossbars, as it attaches right to the top of the clamp.
These clamps will work with the Yakima LockNLoad Platform Roof Trays like the 55" Long x 49" Wide # Y05044 or 84" Long x 54" Wide # Y05048.
As for the mounts, those will not work for a LockNLoad, and while you can't mount a rooftop cargo box to this platform, according to Yakima, their cargo baskets are a fit. So you will be able to carry your gear in any of those - the Yakima MegaWarrior Large Roof Rack Cargo Basket # Y07080, the Yakima LoadWarrior # Y07070, or Yakima SkinnyWarrior # Y07014.
