You can fold up to what degree and at what length?

The Fulton Fold-Away Coupler Hinge Kit for 2" x 3" Tongue - Weld On - Up to 5,000 lbs # FHDPW230300 can fold up to 180 degrees with a straight tongue but will be more limited if you have an A-frame which will obviously stop the angle at the point the tongue reaches the angled portion of the frame.
You will want to note the length of the end of the coupler to the pivot point will impact the towing capacity
