I have a solution for you, but the # F142421 is designed only to be used with cable. Instead you'll want to use the Dutton-Lainson Hand Winch - TUFFPLATE Finish - 2 Speed - Direct Drive - 3,200 lbs # DL15440, which can be used with either wire rope # DL24104 or a 2" polyester strap # DL24251.
