Question:
We have a Faulkner portable gas grill model HT-500 ID #51307 which we had connected to our trailer, we do not have the trailer now and would like to connect the grill to a 20 # propane tank. What adapters do we need to purchase

The BBQ Adapter Hose - Handwheel POL x Disposable Cylinder Port # 37207-31075 that you referenced is the correct adapter for your situation. This allows a grill like your Faulknew that normally attaches to a portable/disposable tank to attach to a 20 lb tank like you are wanting to do.
