Adapter to Allow Faulkner Propane Grill to Attach to RV 20 lb Tank

Question:
We have a Faulkner portable gas grill model HT-500 ID #51307 which we had connected to our trailer, we do not have the trailer now and would like to connect the grill to a 20 # propane tank. What adapters do we need to purchase
