There are not complete interior replacement components for your model 5000RBT vent fan. My recommendation is to replace your unit with the Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan and Thermostat - Manual Lift - 14-1/4" x 14-1/4" # FV802250 for the fan with the same components.
If you want to upgrade to the power lift, then the Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan and Thermostat - Powered Lift - 14-1/4" x 14-1/4" # FV803350 or the unit with remote # FV807350 are your options.
With any of these, I recommend the Roof Vent Installation Kit - Sealant, Butyl Tape, Screws - White # 344270KITW for installation.
