Replacement Shank for Swagman Original 3 Bike Rack

Question:
Can this part be used to replace the shank that fits into the 2 inch square boot on the bike rack that connects to a 2 inch receiver on a car hitch. The security key is long since lost so the foot cant be taken off. The model is an Original 3. The piece of paper in the photo is what is missing. The square end in the bike rack is 2 inches square

Since your bike rack is the older Swagman Original the # SP129T would fit as a replacement shank.
