I have a 2005 Siverado 2500hd. I need rails for a 5th wheel. What would I be missing if I got Item # C16204 and Item # C16448? Thanks in advance,

The Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit part # C16418-204 or Curt Base Rails part # C16204 and Curt Frame Brackets part # C16418 would come with everything you need to install a fifth wheel hitch on a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD.
The bracket part you mentioned was for a Ford truck so it won't work
