Question:

I need recommendations for a drawbar for the following receiver installation: Eco Hitch 306-X7310 receiver on 2017 VW GTI. Per your video, the hitch height dimension for this application is 12inch high and edge of bumper to receiver is 5. My trailer coupler height when level is 18. What do you recommend?

Based on the dimensions you listed the correct amount of rise you need from a ball mount is 6 inches. Since the EcoHitch part # 306-X7310 is a 1-1/4 inch hitch you'd want the ball mount # BR39FR and you'd be set.

For a hitch ball you'd want part # 19258 for a 2 inch ball or part # 19256 for a 1-7/8 inch ball.
