Looking for a wind fairing yakima, thule, rhino etc that fits a Mini-branded roof bike rack about 42 inches wide, that is on my 2019 Mini Clubman.

For your 2019 Mini Clubman the OEM roof rack you will just want to go slightly smaller than the 42 inches you referenced for your fairing. I recommend the Yakima WindShield Fairing for Roof Racks - 40" Long # Y05017 which will work great with your crossbars. This fairing has a universal fit where other brands don't always fit OEM racks.
