Does Cover Need to be Removed to Install Replacement Tail Clamp Assembly for Extang Solid Fold

I found a replacement clamp but where do I find this “lid or cover” that needs to be removed to install this new clamp or latch. I don’t know the exact name for this item, sorry.

A lid or cover does not need to be removed in order to install the Replacement Tail Clamp Assembly for Extang Solid Fold and Trifecta Tonneau Covers # EX1035.
For the SolidFold 2.0 you will undo the screws from the crossbow of the cover which should allow you to slide the new clamp on.
