Is there any R ratings available as to how well the Rug insulates for cold /heat ?

The VanTred Custom Floor Mat for Cargo Vans - Black - Thermoplastic # VTMS06L doesn't have a R Value rating that I'm aware of. It insulates some for sound but as to the cold/heat insulation it is a 1/2 inch thick thermoplastic so not a whole lot of difference with heat and cold.
