do you guys sell the bottom plates for the biker bar, the 2 under the trailer. i would like to use this in my travel trailer but also want to keep the ones i have on my other trailer.

We sure do! The part number you're looking for is # BWMC2305, which provides a pair of anchor plates.

The 3-1/4 inch diameter hole to install the part #RR5K is the correct dimension to use. We actually even had a customer come back and say they did it with a 3 inch hole saw. I attached a link to the install video you mentioned as well.
