I was able to confirm that the Kenda 5.70-8 Bias Trailer Tire with 8 White Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - Load Range D # AM30155 are the correct fit for your trailer. I was also able to confirm that your trailer has 3,500 lb Dexter axles so you will use the Bearing Kit # BK2-100 for each of your hubs. The factory originally use a hub cover like the Phoenix USA QuickTrim Hub Cover for Trailer Wheels - 5 on 4-1/2 - ABS Plastic - Black - Qty 1 # PXQT545BHS if you want to follow that look.
