You can get a galvanized wheel with the same load range E Contender ST225/75R15 radial tire that is on the tire and wheel combo # TA47FR you referenced, but the tire and wheel will come separate instead of assembled.
The parts you need, with the Contender tire and galvanized wheel with a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern are the following:
- Provider ST225/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range E # TR225LRE
- Steel Spoke Trailer Wheel - Galvanized Finish # AM20524
