Is There a Harness To Install Curt Spectrum Brake Controller On 2019 Toyota Tacoma

I purchased a Curt 5170 controller but not the custom adapter. My 2019 Toyota Tacoma has a 10 pin connector with 5 wires black, blue, purple, green, and white/black. The controller has black, red, blue and white. What gets connected to what?

In order to install the Curt Spectrum Trailer Brake Controller part # C51170 on a 2019 Toyota Tacoma on a you'll need to use the Curt Custom Wiring Adapter for Trailer Brake Controllers part # C51455. The plug that this adapter harness will attach to will be rectangular in shape with four pins inside.
In regards to hardwiring, it for one does not sound like you have the correct plug but that said you'd need to test the pins anyhow as I wouldn't have any sort of pin out diagram to go off of.
