The rails are awesome for maximizing what your truck can do! You can either go for a ladder rack set up to get the kayaks a little higher than your cab so you're not hanging off of the back of your F-150 or you can get a shorter type of rack like # Y01152-5755. This wont allow you to get your kayaks over your cab, but will still leave room for a cargo basket! If you wanted a basket, I like the Thule Canyon XT Roof Cargo Basket - Steel - 69" x 40" x 6" - 150 lbs Item # TH859XT-8591XT because it almost covers your whole bed!

I suggest the Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Bed Ladder Rack for Tonneau Cover - 68" Crossbars Item # Y01151-5855 because it looks SO good on trucks and also when carrying kayaks, you can have them on top and still have access to your bed. You won't be able to stand upright but it's still awesome because you have two levels to your bed. I just love the looks of the OverHaul and like the idea of everything I can do with it whether it's just for work, or play.
