Can the Superchips Flashcal F5 Calibrator For a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Change the DRL Settings

Will the Superchips allow me to change the settings for Daytime Running Lights DRL? I have a JKU that came from Canada and I was told that the chip can set it back to factory settings.
