If you are looking to add an exterior ladder to a 2020 Jayco Jay Flight I recommend using the Surco Universal Exterior RV Ladder part # SP502L which is pretty easy and straightforward to install using the included instructions. If you don't feel comfortable installing this yourself you can take it into a shop to have someone install it for you but the cost of this would vary by shop so best practice would be to call ahead. I assume it would be reasonable to pay around 1-2 hours labor.
