Each of the trailer wiring harnesses that fit your 2011 Toyota Sienna are designed to store in your trunk/rear storage area when not in use - the Hopkins Vehicle Wiring Harness # HM11143495 and T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118498.
You may be able to fabricate a way to route it under your Sienna but I recommend leaving it in the trunk area. The harness won't be harmed at all while using it when it's sticking out of the trunk.
Then for a trailer hitch, you will want a Draw-Tite, and you can choose from either a concealed crosstube for the best look or a visible crosstube for an easier installation.
- Concealed Crosstube: Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76112
- Visible Crosstube: Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75237
I have added links to installs of the harness and both hitches for you to check out as well.
