Can Hitch Install on 2019 Dodge Charger Scat Pack with Rear Defuser

Question:
I have a 2019 Dodge Charger scat pack. I notice the charger on video did not have the plastic piece before the rear defuser. will this plastic piece be eliminate permanently if I decide to install this trailer hitch? please see image attached

Looks like you might have to trim the backside of the defuser of your 2019 Dodge Charger Scat Pack but from the pictures of it only the hitch opening should fit right between the vertical bars on the defuser and otherwise fit fine.
