Would this hitch lock work on a 2hitch carrying a Yakima Four Timer?

Yakima has a cable lock with the part # Y07233 which you can use with the Four Timer but the Hollywood Racks kit you mentioned would not work as it's only designed to fit Hollywood Racks bike racks.
