I need the wiring for the running lights, is that included with Draw-TIte hitch?

I do have all the parts needed to tow a trailer with a 2011 Cadilliac CTS which consists of a trailer hitch, trailer wiring, and a ball mount/hitch ball. I have attached each of these below but the trailer wiring does not come with the trailer hitch.
