Will this fit the Sterling All Terain? My used Sterling all terrain tow bar I just bought has the BX-88151 adapters on the ends and I want to change it back to Roadmaster to use with my 910021-00 Quick Disconnect. Also, Does the package include 1 or 2 brackets

According to the owners manual for the Sterling All-Terrain tow bar # RM-576, the correct replacement swivel ear is # RM-910661. It includes just one replacement swivel ear.
