Looking for a 2inch receiver hitch for a 2019 Hyundai Tucson. Will be used mainly for a bike rack. I see you have 2 different brands. Which one do you recommend and why?

Of all the hitches we carry for your 2019 Hyundai Tucson I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" Item # C13240 because the safety chain loops do not sit under the hitch receiver like the draw-tite does. This will give you the most ground clearance of them all and it is the most cost effective option.
