Will this ladder rack fit and what upright bike mount would you suggest? I need to fit 3 bikes. Thanks.

For your 2019 Flagstaff 176 LTD the Swagman roof rack part # S80510 would fit well. I attached a picture of it installed on a similar pop up roof with a bike rack attached to it for you to check out as well. Then for a clamp on style roof rack bike rack that allows you to keep the front wheel of the bike installed we have the Malone Pilot TC part # MPG2103 which would be a really great option as well.
