The best option I have for what you are looking for that is still a 5" wheel is the Aluminum Liger Trailer Wheel - 14" x 5" - 5 on 4-1/2 - Gunmetal Gray Item # LH84FR it in not identical, but still a very good-looking wheel that meets your specs.
