The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # C13016 is a fit for your 1995 Coachman Class B camper van. It is a fairly easy installation bolting up in about an hour with the possibility of holes needing to be enlarged. I've linked the installation instructions to assist.
If you will be towing with this hitch receiver, I recommend also using the Curt Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C55338 for your wiring harness. Then you can use the Curt Towing Starter Kit for 2" Hitches - 2" Ball - 3/4" Rise, 2" Drop - 7.5K # C45534 for the rest of your towing setup and you'll be good to go for basic trailering.
