For the 2009 Honda TRX 500 Foreman, you will need the Bulldog Winch Custom-Fit Steel ATV Winch Mount # BDW15101. This custom fit mount will fit Superwinch models Terra 2500 # SW1125220 and Terra 2500 SR # SW1125230 so whichever you have will work well.
