I would like to install a front hitch on a 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 to hual a spare tire. Will it work with my bumper.

It looks like from the photo attached that you will have no issues installing an aftermarket trailer hitch like the Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C31069. That said, you'd need to trim the plastic under body panel for the receiver tube opening. This would then work well with the Curt Trailer Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier part # c31006 and the Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch License Plate Holder part # C31002 when the spare tire carrier is not being used.
