If your 2006 Nissan Frontier came with a factory 7-Way and you are using a Tekonsha brake controller like # 90885 all you will need to install it is wiring harness # 3050-P.
If the truck did not come with a trailer connector you will need to first install a 4-Way wiring harness, # C56225, and then install a 7-Way installation kit # ETBC7. I have included some links that should help you with installation.
