Do these come with bar ends? I dont see any in the pictures, and I plan to use them with the XS150s.

Yes the bars part # INXB123-2 do come with end caps that you'll use with the feet part # INXS150 on the roof of your 2020 Toyota RAV4 with raised side rails.
